Mr. Perry's newest venture is the luxury new Mandarin Oriental Chicago Hotel and Condominiums currently in development overlooking Millennium Park in downtown Chicago. Mr. Perry has been assigned the role of Interior Designer of record for the luxurious private residence condominiums, lobby, and sales center.

Mr. Perry will also work in collaboration with Booth Hansen Architects to design the most beautifully planned residences.
